Seaways Café Cafe, Glamping and Camping in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds

Welcome to Seaways

Cafe     .     Glamping     .     Bikers     .     Wolds

Seaways is a place to eat and a place to stay where all are welcome. Great food, great company, great accommodation.

The cafe at Seaways has been running since 1974. We are well known for our honest home cooked food. From hearty all-day breakfasts to healthy salads, from pie and chips to coffee and cake. You can always be sure that the food is excellent and you get service with a smile. We'd love to see you soon.

Seaways has a selection of handmade, beautifully finished Glamping Pods and an intimate campsite. Perfect for a relaxed weekend away or for an overnight stop on your journey through the Yorkshire Wolds. With a Cafe next door, a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, you will have a relaxing break.

The cafe at Seaways has been a well-known bikers den since it started. It's picturesque location, in the heart of the Wolds, honest well-priced food and the company of more bikers have made it a favorite with the biking community over the years.

The Yorkshire Wolds Way

Seaways is just minutes off the famous Yorkshire Wolds Way. That makes us an ideal location to break up your journey. We can sustain you with a cup of tea and a cake, keep you going with a hearty lunch or provide an overnight stop in one of our handbuilt Glamping Pods. You then have the cafe on site for breakfast in the morning. We are around 26 miles from Filey which makes us an ideal stop after a good days walking.
Where to find us:

Wolds Way Honey

Our home made Yorkshire Wolds Honey is available in the Cafe to purchase. Rumour has it that locally produced honey, is good for 'local Hay-fever sufferers'! Why not take some home and let us know what you think?

** The funeral of Mr David Lewis, Friday the 8th of October **

Morning everyone.

The funeral of Mr David Lewis will take place on Friday the 8th of October.
I have been asked by the family of Dave Lewis, if it would be possible to get as many bikers as possible to follow the funeral procession from Henry Naylor's in Driffield, to Octon Crematorium. Meeting at Henry Naylor's at 14.45 and leaving shortly after.

Dave was tragically killed in a Road traffic accident. His partner is still fighting for her life in Hull Royal infirmary.
Dave was 49 years old and leaves behind 2 daughters, 4 grand daughters and a grandson.

He was a regular here at Seaway's and a very popular character. He will be missed by all.

Seaway's is 10 miles away from Henry Naylor's, so if anyone was wanting to pass sometime before heading in to Driffield, you are welcome to meet here, before heading down.

Thank you.

Seaways and the Environment

Our business is passionate about the environment! We have taken steps to reduce our energy consumption, lowering our carbon emissions for our loved local community. As a business, we have invested in LED lighting and solar PV system. This will make a huge difference to the environment and this is just the start of our sustainable journey.

To help us invest in these energy-saving measures we had support from Smart Energy Greater Lincolnshire. Through this, we received a grant of £6433.34 to enable us to make these great changes.

The £9.2 million Smart Energy programme has been part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund. This is enabling small to medium businesses across the Greater Lincolnshire area to invest in energy-saving technology.
